What the website collects

The first name used to personalize the homepage is held in your page session. Entering it does not perform a search about you or send an enquiry. The enquiry form asks for your name and email; your phone number, relevant link and message are optional.

You review the details before choosing “Send my request.” At that point, the form sends the information you reviewed and your confirmation of this notice. Please avoid including identity documents, passwords, financial details or sensitive case records in this initial message.

Why we use your details

The ORM enquiry team uses submitted details to respond, understand your initial request and discuss possible next steps. Submitting the form does not create a service contract or authorize publisher outreach. Any further work and its scope are agreed separately.

Hosting and email processing

Cloudflare hosts the website, processes form requests and delivers enquiry emails to the team's designated Google Gmail inbox. Those providers process the technical and message data needed to operate their services. This includes normal network information such as IP addresses. The form uses a hashed network identifier for short-lived rate limiting; the application does not write enquiries into a separate website database.

Normal email storage and provider security processes still apply. We do not claim that an enquiry is anonymous or that providers never process it.

Confidentiality and disclosure

We do not sell enquiry information, share it for third-party marketing or publish your name or situation as a client story. We obtain your permission before sharing case details with a publisher, platform or specialist as part of agreed work. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with an applicable legal obligation.

Retention and requests

Enquiries remain in the team's email system for the time needed to handle the enquiry, any agreed follow-up and applicable record-keeping obligations. There is no automatic deletion deadline promised by this website. You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question, through the homepage enquiry form. Use a short initial message rather than sending sensitive records. The personalized homepage requires a first name before the form is available.

Cookies, analytics and external links

This website does not add advertising trackers or an analytics service. Hosting providers may process necessary technical data to provide security and delivery. Links to external guidance open third-party websites with their own policies. Downloading a request copy saves it on your device; you control any subsequent sharing of that file.
